Careers at Global Regulatory & Evidence Group

Do consequential work with people who value clarity, judgment, and expertise.

GR&EG is a remote, senior-led consultancy built around complex healthcare questions. We work with experienced independent professionals who can move quickly, think critically, and contribute meaningfully from day one.

Why GR&EG

Small teams. Senior thinking. Work that matters.

We are intentionally lean. That means less distance between the question and the person solving it, more direct access to experienced colleagues, and more opportunity for each contributor to shape the quality of the work.

How We Work

Remote and nimble by design.

Our teams are distributed, flexible, and assembled around the needs of each engagement. We value responsiveness, thoughtful collaboration, and the ability to work independently without unnecessary process.

What We Value

Good judgment over rigid hierarchy.

We value clear thinking, strong writing, scientific and regulatory rigor, intellectual curiosity, discretion, and people who know when to ask a better question before producing a better answer.

What you can expect

Built for experienced independent professionals.

Direct collaboration

Work closely with senior colleagues and subject-matter experts without layers of unnecessary hierarchy.

Flexible engagement

Freelance assignments are structured around the project, your expertise, and agreed working hours.

High standards

We care about precision, clarity, defensibility, and producing work that stands up to scrutiny.

Competitive senior-level compensation

We believe experienced people should be paid like experienced people.

GR&EG is built around specialized expertise, not high-volume, top-to-bottom staffing. We compensate freelance collaborators accordingly, with rates reflecting the experience, judgment, and independence each engagement requires. Compensation varies by discipline, scope, and level of responsibility, with rates intentionally positioned at the upper end of the industry.
